How long does shipping take?

We ship within three working days after payment arrives, complete in one parcel. Germany usually 2 to 4 working days, EU 5 to 10. All zones and costs under Shipping & payment.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer or PayPal, in advance. The details are on the confirmation page and in the e-mail after ordering. Please pay within 7 days, otherwise the title goes back into the shop.

What do M, NM, VG+ mean?

That is the Goldmine standard: media and sleeve are graded separately. The scale with explanations is on About, the exact definitions in the Terms.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. Easiest via the withdrawal function; you get an acknowledgement immediately. Exception: sealed recordings whose seal has been removed.
