We ship from Germany. Shipping is charged per order regardless of the number of items and is shown in the cart before you order.
The minimum order value is €25.00 (item value excluding shipping). If your cart is below it, the cart shows the missing amount.

Zone EU: all member states of the European Union except Germany. Zone World: all other countries, including Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are borne by the recipient.
We ship within 3 working days after we receive your payment. Typical delivery times: Germany 2 to 4 working days, EU 5 to 10 working days, other countries 10 to 20 working days. Orders are shipped complete in one parcel.
Vinyl is shipped outside the sleeve in an inner sleeve, in sturdy LP mailers with edge protection; CDs in padded envelopes or boxes. Consumers do not bear the risk of transport damage: please report any damage promptly and we will take care of it.
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal. You receive the payment details on the confirmation page and by e-mail after ordering. Please use the order number as the payment reference.
Please pay within 7 days. If no payment has arrived by then, we may withdraw from the contract and offer the item again.
